Once an estimate is approved and agreed upon, you may choose to either drop off your repairs at our Office location, or to ship it to us via any carrier of your choice. After the package arrives, we try our best to get to the repair as quickly as we can, but due to high traffic volume and pre-existing repairs, we ask for your understanding and patience so we can deliver the best results for everyone.

The estimated turn around time for most general repairs is usually about 2 weeks. However, more extensive or complex repair operations may take longer. We try our best to update each customer on their repair status, but also feel free to inquire at any time during the process and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Finished repairs will have their return addresses verified with our clients before we ship them back out.
